Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy for both damaged items or change of mind (unless otherwise stated on specific product pages), which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

If You Receive Any Damaged Items

Please contact us as soon as possible with any issues and we will happily either send a replacement or offer a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

If You Change Your Mind

The cost of returning undamaged or non-faulty items will depend on the particular item in question and the supplier that we use (please see individual product page for information). If any returns costs are due, it will be taken out of any refund made.

We DO NOT accept returns for wall stickers or metal signs as these are all made to order products.

Should I check my order at the time of delivery?

Yes we encourage you to inspect your item upon delivery.

If the item appears to be clearly damaged, please refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return it to sender. Then, contact us by email as soon as possible so we can arrange a prompt replacement for you.

For all other issues (such as concealed damage or incorrect items), please contact us immediately after delivery so we can help resolve the matter quickly.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Due to the made to order, custom and/or personalised nature of wall stickers and metal signs, we don't accept returns for these items. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember that it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (usually takes 5-7 days)
