CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind after completing an order and we are yet to start manufacture, you will be able to claim a full refund by contacting us via our contact page.
If however your order has already been posted, we will accept returns up to 28 days, but the return cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
NON-DELIVERED MISSING PARCELS
For UK deliveries please allow 10 working days after the latest expected delivery date before contacting us regarding a missing parcel, we will then be able to chase the relevant delivery company.
Should they not be able to locate your parcel we will send you a replacement free of charge.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In the unlikely event that the product is damaged in transit please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We may require you to send us back the damaged item, or take a photograph so that we can make a claim against the delivery company.
Once the claim has been approved we will be happy to send out a replacement to you free of charge.
INCORRECT ADDRESS FROM CUSTOMER
Please be sure to double check your address details when ordering from us as we will unfortunately not be able to refund any parcel lost due to an incorrect address given by the customer. However, if the parcel makes its way back to us via the return address we will happily re-post it to you, but this will be at your cost.
