Use either 3M double-sided tape (or similar product), appropriate adhesive for the surface type and sign size, or choose to have pre-drilled fitting holes so that the metal wall sign can be screwed to a wall.

All orders are printed to order and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

The aim to manufacture your product/s within 1-2 working days, but at peak times (or large orders) this cannot be guaranteed and may be slightly more.

Delivery is free and is made via either Royal Mail or DX (next day delivery)

When placing an order, please ensure that you have included your full delivery address details, including an accurate postcode, mobile phone number and an up to date e-mail address.

These details are not only needed to make sure that you receive your order without issue, but are also helpful should we need to contact you with any queries or confirmations.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

In the unlikely event that the product is damaged in transit please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We may require you to send us back the damaged item, or take a photograph so that we can make a claim against the delivery company.

Once the claim has been approved we will be happy to send out a replacement to you free of charge.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind after completing an order and we are yet to start manufacture, you will be able to claim a full refund by contacting us via our contact page.

If however your order has already been posted, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns due to these products being made-to-order in your chosen size and custom or personalised options.

NON-DELIVERED MISSING PARCELS

For UK deliveries please allow 10 working days after the latest expected delivery date before contacting us regarding a missing parcel, we will then be able to chase the relevant delivery company.

Should they not be able to locate your parcel we will send you a replacement free of charge.

INCORRECT ADDRESS FROM CUSTOMER

Please be sure to double check your address details when ordering from us as we will unfortunately not be able to refund any parcel lost due to an incorrect address given by the customer. However, if the parcel makes its way back to us via the return address we will happily re-post it to you, but this will be at your cost.
