Free next day UK mainland delivery applies to all makeup mirrors.
Saturday deliveries are available if specifically chosen at the checkout.
Please leave your phone number at the checkout and the courier will send you a text message with an hours time slot for delivery (If you are not in at that time, reply to the text to rearrange delivery)
We unfortunately do not ship outside of the UK.
Refund Policy for LED Mirrors
Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event of damage during delivery, we’ve got you covered. Simply report the issue within 24 hours, and we’ll provide a free replacement, no hassle.
Returns:
Items can be returned up to 30 days from receiving the order.
Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth process and quick refund:
Packaging:
- Reuse all original packaging, including metal corners and foam inserts.
- Only clear tape is acceptable for resealing the package. Use of brown or black tape will result in return rejection.
Order Details:
- Include a note with your order details and the reason for your return inside the box.
- Failure to include this information will prevent us from processing your refund.
Shipping:
- Return to: Hollywood Mirrors, Unit 2 Atlas Mills, Atlas Mills Road, Brighouse, HD6 1ES.
- Arrange returns via www.parcel2go.com. Do not use Evri as they do not meet our handling requirements.
- Be aware, no courier insures glass items. The return is at your risk, and items returned damaged cannot be refunded.
