The goal is to ship your items the day after your order is received. However, we rely on specialist large mirror couriers who may require a few days to make delivery arrangements. Therefore, we estimate shipping to take 2-7 working days.
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Our dedicated couriers specialize in handling large and fragile items, ensuring safe delivery to your doorstep. While they typically deliver to your door, bringing items inside your property is at their discretion. Feel free to inquire about special requests like delivery to a specific room or a 2-man delivery service before placing your order.
We deliver to every UK postcode at least once a week, but we are unable to deliver to the following postcodes and areas due to costs and fragility of these products (PA20 to PA78), (IV4,6,14), (IV15 to IV29), (IV33,34,35), (IV37 to IV63), (KW, HS, ZE, IM, JE, GY), (PH36 to PH44), (PO30 to PO36), (KA27 and KA28), (TR21 to TR25) (Northern and Southern Ireland)
When placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full delivery address details, including an accurate postcode, mobile phone number and an up to date e-mail address.
These are needed as you will be notified of delivery times via text and e-mail.
*If the delivery fails due to failure to provide these details, a £45 redelivery charge will unfortunately be required.
If the order is then cancelled a £45 pound failed delivery charge will be taken from the refund.
If you are not going to be present to accept the delivery and you wish the goods to be left unattended, please leave a message with your order or a signed note in a secure place to this effect. (This is at your own risk)
Damaged Mirrors:
Please inspect your mirror/s as soon as possible after receipt and contact us within 7 days if there is any damage found.
We will ask for photo confirmation of any damage and once confirmed will arrange for the mirror to be picked up. If we have further stock, a replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible, otherwise a full refund will be promptly actioned once the mirror has been received in its original packaging.
Cancellations and Change of Mind:
If you change your mind before the item has been dispatched, we are happy to cancel your order and action a full refund.
If your mirror has already been dispatched or delivered, when you decide that you no longer require it, we are also happy to accept a return or exchange. (please notify us within 14 days of delivery)
