We aim to dispatch this product within 1 working day, however, due to the size and nature of some products, we may use specialist couriers, which can require extra coordination.

Where this item can be delivered:

We currently deliver to mainland UK only – England, Scotland, and Wales. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, or any other offshore UK locations.

Delivery to your property:

Our couriers specialise in large and fragile items and will ensure safe delivery to your ground-floor doorstep. Entry into your property is at the courier’s discretion and is not guaranteed.

Upon receipt of your order:

You are strongly encouraged to inspect your item at the time of delivery.

If the item appears clearly damaged, please refuse the delivery, ask the courier to return it to the sender, and contact us by email as soon as possible so we can arrange a prompt replacement.

For concealed damage or incorrect items, please contact us immediately after delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Change of address:

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are processed quickly, so prompt communication increases the chance of correcting the address before dispatch.

30-Day Return Policy

If you change your mind, you may return part or all of your order within 30 days of receiving your items.

Returned goods must be:

• Unused
• Undamaged
• In original packaging
• In a condition suitable for resale

Items that arrive back in non-saleable condition cannot be refunded or credited.

Returning Your Items

You may return items using any tracked or signed-for service of your choice.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

The original delivery charge will also be deducted unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow several working days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

• Clearance or discounted items
• Items damaged through misuse or neglect
• Items returned without original packaging
• Goods returned after the 30-day period

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
