Delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly and other offshore islands is not available.
How long does delivery take?
- Items are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order.
- Delivery is by parcel courier and typically arrives 2-3 working days after dispatch (longer for Scottish Highlands and remote areas).
- You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is despatched.
On delivery day
- Furniture is delivered flat-packed to your door (ground-floor entrance). Larger items may arrive as more than one parcel, sometimes on different days.
- Please check the packaging for damage before signing where possible, and let us know within 14 days if anything inside is damaged or missing - we will send replacement parts free of charge or arrange a replacement.
- If you will be away, most couriers allow you to reschedule or choose a safe place via the tracking link.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Changed your mind?
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you would like to return it.
- Items should be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of the item reaching us (or of you providing proof of return), to the original payment method.
Damaged, faulty or incomplete on arrival
Tell us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. You can choose:
- Replacement parts, free of charge - usually the fastest fix, and it avoids shipping a whole unit back and forth.
- A full replacement, or
- A full refund, including any delivery cost - if the product is damaged on delivery you can return it unconditionally at no cost to you.
When will I get my refund?
We issue confirmed refunds within 24 hours of the courier confirming the drop-off or the item reaching us. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually shows within 7 days, and by law within 14 days.
2-year warranty
This item is covered by a two-year manufacturer's warranty from the date you receive it, covering defects in materials and manufacturing. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, water damage or damage caused by cleaning chemicals - wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth only.
