Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Damaged or Faulty Items:
Please make us aware of any damaged or faulty Items within 7 days of delivery.
If Items arrive damaged or faulty, we will offer the following options:
- A full refund or reduction in price.
- Replacement part(s) / full order replacement (within the first 30 days after delivery)
Missing Parts:
In the unlikely event that there are any parts missing (or damaged), we will endeavour to get hold of replacement parts for you.
Order Cancellations:
Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the order is already picked and packed.
Return Costs:
For any damaged or faulty products, return delivery will be free of charge.
Delivery costs for products returned due to change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer.

There's no better way to prolong the summer evenings than with this Outsunny cantilever parasol with additional lights.
A classic Cantilever design with a large overhanging parasol, it will create plenty of shade to keep your guests protected as they relax and unwind.
Solar-powered LED lights are fitted underneath to illuminate your outdoor space at night - no need for electricity.
Use the crank handle to open the canopy and adjust to a position you require. Cross base included (weights will be needed for base support, not included)
