Damaged or Faulty Items:
Please make us aware of any damaged or faulty Items within 7 days of delivery.
If Items arrive damaged or faulty, we will offer the following options:

Missing Parts:

Order Cancellations:

The 80-200 degree adjustable temperature means you can cook food at a suitable heat, with a 60-minute timer, a cool-touch handle and overheat protection for safety.
