Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Damaged or Faulty Items:
Please make us aware of any damaged or faulty Items within 7 days of delivery.
If Items arrive damaged or faulty, we will offer the following options:
- A full refund or reduction in price.
- Replacement part(s) / full order replacement (within the first 30 days after delivery)
Missing Parts:
In the unlikely event that there are any parts missing (or damaged), we will endeavour to get hold of replacement parts for you.
Order Cancellations:
Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the order is already picked and packed.
Return Costs:
For any damaged or faulty products, return delivery will be free of charge.
Delivery costs for products returned due to change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer.

Artificial Calathea Veitchiane Plant - 50cm
This artificial plant is 50cm tall and is suited for indoor or limited outdoor use. If used outdoors we recommend this plant is placed in a sheltered area and protected from extreme conditions such as strong winds or frost as persistent exposure could lead to their foliage being damaged.

- All the stems and leaves are fully adjustable with wires running inside the plastic to allow for these to be shaped to suit your space.
- It comes potted in a weighted plain plastic pot with moss covering the base. This is ready to either leave as it is or slip into a ceramic pot of your choice if required.
