This item is shipped directly from the Netherlands.
Target delivery time is 3-5 business days from dispatch, but larger bulky items may take up to 6 business days.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Faulty Items:
Faulty Items are accepted for full/partial refund or replacement up to 30 days from the Delivery Date. (Please make us aware of any issues within the first 7 days)
We will also endeavour to get hold of replacement parts should any be missing or damaged.
Order Cancellations:
Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the order is already picked and packed.
For any damaged or faulty products, return delivery will be free of charge.
Delivery costs for products returned due to change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer and will be based on the product/s in question (due to the wide range of products that we stock)
