Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Damaged or Faulty Items:
Please make us aware of any damaged or faulty Items within 7 days of delivery.
If Items arrive damaged or faulty, we will offer the following options:

Missing Parts:
In the unlikely event that there are any parts missing (or damaged), we will endeavour to get hold of replacement parts for you.
Order Cancellations:
Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the order is already picked and packed.
Return Costs:
For any damaged or faulty products, return delivery will be free of charge.
Delivery costs for products returned due to change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer.

Description
Extra Large Artificial Palm Tree - 5ft
This faux palm tree is a large 150cm tall, made up of 40 plastic and silk fronds and is suitable for indoor or limited outdoor use.
If used outdoors we recommend this plant is placed in a sheltered area and protected from extreme conditions such as strong winds or frosts as persistent exposure can lead to damage to the foliage.
Any artificial plants used outdoors should be in an area with sufficient ventilation to allow them to dry out if they get wet.
