Damaged or Faulty Items:
Please make us aware of any damaged or faulty Items within 7 days of delivery.
If Items arrive damaged or faulty, we will offer the following options:

Missing Parts:
In the unlikely event that there are any parts missing (or damaged), we will endeavour to get hold of replacement parts for you.
Order Cancellations:
Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the order is already picked and packed.
Return Costs:
For any damaged or faulty products, return delivery will be free of charge.
Delivery costs for products returned due to change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer.

NON-SLIP DETACHABLE BASE
The non-slip detachable base that comes with this mortar and pestle set easily attaches and detaches from the mortar. Whilst you're bashing and grinding different spices, be sure to attach this silicone base onto the bottom of the mortar so it stays in place on your countertop.
CERAMIC DESIGN
