Damaged or Faulty Items:
Please make us aware of any damaged or faulty Items within 7 days of delivery.
If Items arrive damaged or faulty, we will offer the following options:

Missing Parts:
In the unlikely event that there are any parts missing (or damaged), we will endeavour to get hold of replacement parts for you.
Order Cancellations:
Order cancellations are possible if requested shortly after the order payment is made (typically up to 2 hours) but cannot be guaranteed if the order is already picked and packed.
Return Costs:
For any damaged or faulty products, return delivery will be free of charge.

Outsunny 5 PC Round Garden Sofa with Overhead Canopy
This stunning garden sofa set includes two quarter round chairs, two quarter round chairs and a round table.
Using metal as the base and frame gives a strong and sturdy structure, each piece being wrapped with PE rattan to provide a shield against light weather.
Thick cushions on each seat of the rattan sun lounger are removable and have washable covers. A large overhead canopy completes this set to offer you protection from sun glare and wind.
Features:
- FIVE-PIECES: The rattan sun lounger is formed of two quarter chairs, two quarter chairs with backs and a small round table, allowing you to set up the shape in a way which best suits.
- METAL WRAPPED IN RATTAN: The reclining garden sun lounger has powder coated, rust-resistant steel ensuring a strong and stable base, with the PE wicker making it sturdy, durable, easy to clean and resistant to UV and light water damage.
- OVERHEAD CANOPY: Retractable to put up and down easily, the canopy of the rattan lounger allows you to block out UV and sunlight when needed.
- ADJUSTABLE FEET: Adjustable feet of the sun loungers for garden allows bed to be kept balanced and stable on the floor for optimum comfort.
- THICK CUSHIONS: Placed on the quarter chairs and table, allows you to lie comfortably for hours at a time. Covers can be removed and washed to keep clean.
